U.S. Work at Home Resume & Job Service - Serving the Online Community
Welcome to the FAQ Page
Do the jobs in the Directory have any fees?
I do not accept any jobs that have fees. Some jobs have equipment requirements.
For example, transcriptionists need a foot pedal. If the company doesn't provide the
equipment, you would need to purchase it. Also, I do not post business opportunities
Are there any fees for your job service?
How can I find out about equipment requirements?
If you want to know if there are any equipment requirements for the types of jobs you're
interested in, please e-mail me, and I will gladly answer your questions.
Are you an employer?
No. This is strictly a resume and job service.
How can I get started?
First be sure to read everything on the home page and in the FAQ. If you do not read
this information in its entirety, you will not know how the process works. So it's very
important to read everything first. After you have done that, just follow the instuctions.
If you have any questions, you can e-mail me through the contact section of the site.
I am usually easy to reach, and I do respond as soon as possible to all e-mails.
What do I do after I register for the full service?
After you order, you will be directed to e-mail me for your login instructions. If you are
not directed to those instructions, simply e-mail me through the above contact section.
I will e-mail your username and password within 24 hours. I am easily reached and
respond promptly -- just be sure to include your correct e-mail if you want your Directory.
What do I do after I get my Work-at-Home Directory link?
You will use the private site link to access the Directory. Once you get to the Directory,
start from the top and work your way down. Just click on the hyperlinks in the Directory,
that will open up the employer's Websites. You can apply for the jobs from there.
How long will I be a full service member?
For the lifetime* of the site. If you find a job, and three years later you need to update
your online resume, you can. You will still have access to the Directory as well.
Have you been contracted by these employers?
I offer free and effective advertising for employers who are looking for someone to fill
a telecommute position; that is the extent of any existing relationship with employers. I
am also a researcher. Jobs and contracts from both sources are listed in the Work at
Home Directory. I do not claim to be a 'representative' of any company.
How many jobs are in the Directory? How long have you been online?
Over twenty thousand jobs have been posted to date, and more become available
every day. This site has been online since 2004.
No. You will never be asked for any personal information by me.
Do you require any personal information during registration, such as SSN?
There are two levels in this service. You may submit a resume to the backup Directory
and receive one job lead at no cost. The Backup Resume Directory will only be offered to
employers who do not find a candidate who matches their needs in the primary Directory.
At the free level, you will not have access to the more advanced resume service or the
If you want to submit your resume to the free secondary resume Directory, use the
How do I get paid? and how much?
That depends on the employer. Some employers send out checks or offer direct deposit.
The amount you are paid depends on the employer as well, and, of course, your job
specialty. Paydays also vary from company to company, some pay twice per month, others
pay monthly. Since thousands of jobs have been posted, it's difficult to answer this.

I'm confused about the different Directories, how does each one work?
The first Directory is the primary resume Directory. This is the resume Directory that
employers who post jobs here search first. This is part of the full service option. The
second Directory is the backup resume Directory. This is offered at no cost. Employers can
only search this Directory if they do not find a candidate who meets their needs in the
primary resume Directory. The third Directory is the Work-at-Home Jobs' Directory. This is
the Directory where all work-at-home jobs are posted, including all updates. This is part of
the full service option. It is not available at the free level. The free level includes at least
one job lead as well as resume posting to the backup resume Directory.
like Melaleuca or Ameriplan. (Companies like those have numerous complaints online.)
Do you have a sample resume that I can see?
Yes, Click Here to see a sample resume. Of course, this is just a limited example. It's not
really a good example of what a completed resume looks like, but it will give you a general
idea. This sample is of an online resume only.
Are there fees for the mystery shopping or survey sites in your bonus section?
No. They pay you. Some mystery shops pay over $50 for shopping assignments.

What the Directory Can Do For You.
The Directory can prepare a professional online resume for you. If you do not have an
existing resume, I will help you prepare one. If you need a resume, but don't want an
online resume, I can prepare a resume for you in Word and send you the resume in an
attachment. I use Microsoft Office Word 2003, which is not compatible with Vista. I do not
use Vista because most employers do not use it. However, if I prepare a resume for you in
Word, I do not also prepare one for you online. I also do not update Word resumes. I
only update online resumes. The Directory will help you locate legitimate jobs working
from home. As of April 2008, over 20,000 homebased jobs have been posted. I post
jobs on a regular basis. I can provide lifetime* access to the work-at-home Directory and
all of its job updates. I can provide references. I can promise you that this service will do
everything I have said it will. I can and will provide excellent customer service.
What the Directory Cannot Do.
I cannot fill out job applications for clients. I cannot interview for clients. From the records
I have been able to gather from my clients, my placement rate is between 96% to 98%. So,
it is just under 100%. In addition, many of my clients have found multiple jobs. Some of my
clients have found jobs in under 24 hours, but that is certainly not the case for everyone.
